read moreTakashi is a highly acclaimed sushi restaurant in Salt Lake City that offers a unique fusion of Japanese and South American flavors. Despite some mixed reviews regarding pricing and service, the restaurant is known for its fresh and high-quality sushi offerings. The creative menu and skillful chefs make it a popular choice for sushi lovers in the area, with standouts such as the ceviche roll and torched sable fish receiving high praise.
