Stanza Italian Bistro Wine

It was our first time dining here, and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it! The food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. Our server, Elliot, was one of the best we've ever had. He recommended some excellent wines and dishes that exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back.

As a regular customer, I was left feeling disappointed by my recent experience. I ordered the lasagna with Bolognese, and when it arrived, it was warm but appeared as though it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. That was not impressive. The dish could have used a bit more seasoning, as it lacked flavor. Overall, the meal didn't meet my expectations based on previous visits.

Excellent service all around! The food was delicious! I highly recommend trying the Diavolo dish if you enjoy bold flavors. Five stars!

Really one of SLC's best restaurants. Best authentic modern Italian. So lighter, more complex sauces and more original flair More like Italy today and less Sicilian. Service friendly, professional and welcoming. Nice wine selection as well and cocktails that are upscale.
