Really good food at really good prices. Takes a little bit to make and the portions are a tad bit smaller than I expected, but the quality is phenomenal reguardless. View all feedback.
What Tristi Snyder doesn't like about Rumsy's:
We literally spent $50 in burritos and they couldn't even give us salsa and said we needed to buy chips and salsa to get the salsa. They don't accept cash which is ridiculous, not everyone is able to have a bank account. Their food was OK. The girl that helped us wasn't very familiar with what vegan is and the ingredients they offer. Was not impressed. It seems they changed their seitan, it's not that great anymore. View all feedback.
If you are vegan, skip this dining experience entirely and go to an actual vegan restaurant. Vegan food is creative and exciting and flavorful.. and paying $10 for a little burrito with plain beans and rice is a pathetic attempt at vegan food. Whoever designed their vegan menu is clearly not vegan themselves. Plus, the chance of cross contamination with animal products can pretty much be expected. The service is good and accommodating, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Their beverages with non dairy milks are really good however.I ordered a basic garbage or dumpster or whatever they call it burrito, asked them to replace pico with just diced tomatoes because onions are a trigger food (and gross) and cilantro tastes like soap. They must 've just picked the tomatoes out of the pico, because there were still loads of onions and cilantro in the burrito and the tomatoes were far from fresh. I wasn 't getting cheese, but was still paying the same price as if I was, so I asked if I could have a replacement ingredient. They said yes, but then it turned out that they were out of it and served me the burrito without any replacement. The beans and rice didn 't even have basic flavoring, like salt, or cumin. Pretty boring and incredibly disappointing. This was my first food experience at Rumsy 's and I couldn 't even stand to finish what had been prepared for me. In the future, I will sneak in my own food or go hungry both are better alternatives.

Service is good. Drinks are good. Food is mediocre.
They've made their burritos twice as large as they were before and I think they've tweaked the recipe a bit. It's so much better! Whether you're in the mood for a large or small burrito, they’ve got you covered.
We spent $50 on burritos, but they wouldn't even give us salsa without requiring us to purchase chips and salsa separately. It's absurd that they don't accept cash, as not everyone has a bank account. The food was just average. The staff member who assisted us didn't seem to know much about vegan options or the ingredients they use. Overall, we were not impressed. It seems they've changed their seitan recipe, and it's not as good as it used to be.
