We have always made a point to stop here after the zoo. the service has always been in order! but today, the last was raw after we had set ourselves, we immediately ordered our drinks and food. he never brought my sons water, even after three times. while we wait tables to get the same food we have ordered and then go. after 40 minutes our waiter aaron returns to tell us that he lost our ticket and comes to pick up our order. After another 40 minutes we stopped the manager and asked what we owed for our drinks so we could just walk. 1 hour 20 minutes and we didn't even get all our drinks! don't waste your time!

We love Red Robin. The food is great and the endless fries are the best. I miss the French onion soup among other items they removed with the new menu line up. Good food and typical prices.

Why would the company decide to close at 4pm? Is that when dinner ends? Online still shows them open. Please update your website to reflect you new hours.

We had great service and food. Our server was attentive to our table and recommended I keep a component of my burger that I’m not a fan of. I’m glad I listened to her because it made the burger so much better! It was a busy night but she was very positive with everyone she helped. Wished I knew her name, but she had red hair. Thank you!

No complaints whatsoever. For a chain restaurant, Red Robin is excellent. This location has outstanding service--everyone is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I've never, ever had a lackluster server. The food is consistent and fresh. I love the chicken finger salad (not the healthiest, I know) washed down with a cold Sam Adams while sharing my fiance's bottomless steak fries. It's always a great experience and we've gone countless times.
