Contribute FeedbackRed Lobster has received mixed reviews, with some customers expressing disappointment in the decline in service and portion size of the ultimate feast. One diner had a poor experience with a server cleaning off appetizer plates, while another was frustrated with the slow delivery of food and drinks. However, there were positive comments as well, with compliments on the quality of food and excellent service from a birthday-celebrating customer. Despite some issues, overall, the restaurant seems to have a dedicated following and potential for a great dining experience.
It was ok, not great. We had priority seating for PM something got messed up we didn't get seated until minutes after our check in. The clam chowder was like warm milk, not much flavor no clams. The other food was good but pricey. I don't believe I will return to there. Hoping for a better seafood restaurant in the SLC area
Had reservations but still had to wait for minutes told our waitress that we were celebrating my sons birthday, no song nothing, waitress was rude and not friendly
I mentioned to the waiter that we were in a wee bit of a hurry. I cannot ever remember having such efficient service. And the food was very good. No complaints and many compliments
Asked for crab legs and got crab cakes. Asked for medium rare steak and got a raw steak. I sent it back and it came raw in the middle and dry on the outside from being microwaved. I told the waitress I didn’t want the steak anymore but was told they would make it right. I thought they would just bring me a new steak but the just microwaved the same steak again to the point a dog wouldn’t even eat it. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone
Bacon wrapped scallops were nearly raw. My wife and I both were sick after eating, with terrible headaches. Never again
