The place was almost impossible to get in when it first opened and the food was not as good as the original location. I went again last week and things are MUCH improved. Food was fantastic and the service had significantly improved. View all feedback.

The place is alright, some of the stuff is overpriced, and the sandwiches are too sweet.
Great chicken. Awesome vibe. Quick and friendly. Bathrooms are well kept. Staff was amazing. They deserve a raise!!!
I've been wanting to try this place for a while. There might be a downside to super-fast food. I would have waited 10—15 minutes for the food. The fact that my food was served with 2—3 minutes or ordering tells me that Pretty Bird is super-efficient or they keep fries and chicken under some sort of hot lamp. The sandwich itself was big and flavorful. Medium wasn't hot enough for me so if I come back, I would try hot. The chicken was not hot (temperature-wise). Will I come back? Probably not. Thi … – show
