Chang's has become a topic of mixed reviews, with diners lamenting poor food quality, including soggy dumplings and burnt entrees, while others praise the attentive service and pleasant atmosphere. Some customers express disappointment over a lack of accurate menu information, particularly regarding vegetarian options now containing oyster sauce. However, service seems to shine through, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate reservations and dietary needs. While some find the food subpar and overpriced, others appreciate the fresh ingredients and friendly service, suggesting that experiences may vary widely by location and time.
The Mongolian beef was amazing as usual as well as the hot sour soup. Both were hot and fresh when they arrived. I was only bummed because it did not have chopsticks in it and I apos;m not a fan of the plastic ware but it didn apos;t affect the quality of the food or anything.
Super salty egg drop soup Pot stickers were cold on the center. I warmed them up and they had a funny after taste. Fried rice was super dry and beef n broccoli did not taste like beef n broccoli. 0/3 very disappointing
Mongolian beef is the bst thing on the menu. I only give it four stars as its a very pricey chain restaurant.
Always delivering good food and service. Singapore Street Noodles very tasty. Love the green beans too.
Rose Franklin provided by far the best service we have had in years in Salt Lake City (SLC). Thank you for being so attentive and kind and professional. Because of service as provided tonight we will continue to eat at this location when visiting SLC!
