I had a lovely lunch featuring delicious appetizers, including Brussels sprouts and the best wobble soup I've ever tasted. The salads were huge and very filling! The service was excellent as well. View all feedback.

good quality eating, good service. many small plates for $10 or less, escape are $16 and above, a lot of variety. honestly, we go for the brussel sprouts they are amazing! View all feedback.
We love to stop at The Grill at Nordstroms before attending the symphony across the street. Great food, good service, good variety and makes the evening a special event.
Went out with friends. I had heard good things about The Nordstrom Grill. The food was outstanding and so was the service. Definitely a hidden treasure. I also had the French Onion soup as well and my husband had a yummy desert. Definitely make reservations because they had to turn many away.
The thing I miss most about Salt Lake is this place right here! The Prime French Dip is AMAZING!! Be sure to get the fries on the side with the “purple dipping sauce” (I wish I knew what it was) It is a MAJOR pregnancy craving right now.
I absolutely enjoy having lunch at the Nordstrom Grill, and this time was no exception! I just flew in and visited the shopping center, so I was thrilled to have this option available. We ordered the salmon Oscar (with the sauce on the side) and the gnocchi with chicken meatballs. Both dishes were outstanding! I highly recommend both. The service was also exceptional! I would recommend this place to everyone!
Your claim of seeking candidates with more experience is misleading, especially when hiring for positions like sous chef or management, as you advertise a comprehensive training program. Unless that's also untrue. Instead of telling potential employees that you're looking for more experience, just be honest and say that you're not interested; it would prevent people from feeling inadequate or questioning their qualifications when they clearly have years of relevant experience. You seem to be overly selective, so say that. Many applicants likely have created better dishes at home than what I've seen served in your restaurant. Thank you.
