Mellow Mushroom - Salt Lake City

I really enjoy this restaurant every time I go. It has a very funny, unique and local atmosphere. The pizza is fantastic. The staff is friendly, and it is in a great place. The mature fungus is a must try.

My daughter and I love this place. She is a vegetarian, I am a meat lovers. We always find a pizza that we can half and half without trouble. The dough is thin (not too thin) and slightly strong, like a pretzel. You can say the ingredients that the ingredients are fresh, the servers are great, the atmosphere is on all the right species "groovy". Salads and appetizers are also great. Parking can sometimes be a problem, and if you park underground, make sure you are validated. You serve cocktails and have a good list of higher octane beer. I hold this place as a special father and daughter date night.

I enjoy this atmosphere and eat it. I am very sensitive to many additives and preservatives and I could enjoy a pizza here without side effects. they love the fresh ingredients, good crust, delicious sauce. I really like it that they happen here dinge. even social mixer classes, roving entertainer. and it is in a great neighboring. parking below is such a brise and they get validation good for hours, so they can bookstore on the road after their meal.
