The Ramen here is the best. We compare all ramen in the land to the tonkotsu we get here. Nothing else has ever been as good (we have yet to go to Japan so may update this later). The broth is creamy, the pork meaty and delicious, comes with all of the favorites too- fish cake, spring onions, mushrooms, soft boiled egg. I used to come here a lot. The food used to be better. But lately the teriyaki chicken is dry and fatty. The one thing I really do like here is the vegetable tempura roll. But the service is so bad now that I can only do takeout. Which also takes forever and is often not the right order. Sad to see a good restaurant go down hill.Food: 3/5 View all feedback.
Food is very good and the service is the best I’ve ever had. Best sushi ever and I love the Vegas roll. My hostess Emma was best I’ve had and marcel was lovey and he made me a delicious drink. Will be coming back for more!!!!Food: 5/5
Food is very good most of the time, but the service... terrible. I've been frequenting Kobe for many years. Ten years ago I would've given them 5 stars on all points, but service has declined exponentially over the years. I know it's a popular place they are busy, but come on! The ramen here is top notch, and better priced than competitors. Their sushi is also delicious. Our server was kind and attentive, and even though it was extremely busy, our food was prepared relatively fast.Food: 5/5

Fantastic staff. Food was to die for. Best ramen in the salt lake valley.
