Kfc - Salt Lake City

Genie was awesome! She was such a sweetheart and so courteous. She made our day !

Went through drive through, they gave me chicken that sat in the window for long enough I'd rather eat a leg that disappeared in my couch. I got 2 out of 3 legs on my order, and chicken sandwich was so soggy it wasn't worth eating. Asked for my money back and got it. I won't be back to this location.

This location normally doesn’t have issues but man the drive through employee was very rude this evening. Sounded very annoyed when we were ordering then at the window sounded very angry and rude not even asking proper full questions. Instead of “what sauce would you like or any sauces tonight with that” we got “what sauce you want” really unhappy

At this location, tables and chairs are always dirty. Hardly anyone speaks good enough English to understand what we don't want on our food or orders in general.

I ordered an 8-piece bucket of dark meat, no wings. I got four wings, one breast, one leg and two thighs. Somebody needs to train their workers to listen to what people want and not just throw in
