What Mark O doesn't like about Kfc:
They completely messed up my online order. They didn't do any of the substitutions and messed up my chicken order. I called them and talked to them as I placed the order to verify they would do the substitutions. Then when I picked it up I asked if they had done them and they said yes. While the chicken was just right, the chicken skin/breading was very brown meaning the oil needed to be changed. Choice of sides was by given for my 2 piece big box. The guy who took my order was very courteous and efficient.
The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean. The lady at the counter was very helpful and even came out and checked on us while we were eating. The restrooms were all so clean. And it is handicap accessible if needed.
They have sweet staff on drive thru but even if Colonel Sanders eat from this location he would be upside down in his grave!
Messed up our whole order. And didn't give us a receipt. But atleast they were somewhat nice
