My first experience with a ramen bar not disappointed it!!! Appetizers were so good! I loved the Brussel shoots!! Cauliflower was also really good. Service was excellent! Everything was very clean. The staff gave great recommendations! Meals were really good. A lot to go home. Mochi ice cream was a funny little dessert at the end. I loved the green tea! Definitely recommend cannot wait to go back!! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jinya Ramen Salt Lake City Sugarhouse:
Tried vegan ramen at this place and it wasn't upto the mark. The impossible meat in the vegan ramen was sweet and it has spoiled the entire taste. The broth is decent but the noodles were so thick that it dint add any taste to the ramen. Too many vegetables has spoiled the texture of it. This review is only meant for vegan/vegetarian ramen. I'm hoping that the chicken ramen and spicy tonkotsu ramen would be good, but... View all feedback.
JINYA Tonkotsu Original 2010 is my absolute favorite ramen bowl. Being from Hawaii, it can be challenging to find a good noodle broth here in Salt Lake City. Jinya Ramen is always my top choice for ramen.
Everything I ordered was fantastic. As vegetarians, we were thrilled to have so many options. The flying vegan harvest ramen, Impossible tacos, and Impossible rice bowl were all delicious. I highly recommend this place!
I'm not sure if they've updated the menu, but I couldn't find my usual ramen. One thing I noticed is that the portion sizes have definitely changed. I received very little broth—only about 1/3 to 1/2 cup, just enough to cover the noodles, and that was it.
The product and the price dont seem to match up. I order the chicken ramen, which had about 2 small pieces of chicken with a few toppings. The tonkotsu black ramen was very similar with little toppings. The broth was good.
Their food is overpriced their tacos are a joke at how small they are, but still cost 10$?? The mochi came melted because they set it on top of hot food with no napkins in between. Not getting them again.
