A kind la... read more We visited Java Jo's and turned off the car to minimize idling while we waited. Unfortunately, when we tried to start it again, it wouldn’t turn over. A kind lady who worked there, whose name I don't know, came to our aid. She attempted to jump-start our car and even helped us move it from the line. We went back to thank her with a $10 tip, but she initially refused. I insisted she take it, saying that if she didn't, it would just be left blowing in the wind! I don’t know your name, but you truly helped us out in a tough situation. We are regulars at your coffee shop, and this experience makes us want to return even more! Thank you for being such a caring and generous person during our time of need. God bless you all!
