Golden Pearl has some very good food, and their prices are very reasonable. A FAIR WARNING: THEY GIVE YOU A LOT OF FOOD. We would have ordered about half as much as we did, had we known. An order of the (meat) fried rice would feed 2 adults, I think. If you order $35 or more, they give you a free order of potstickers. Photos are of (1) cashew chicken, (2) spicy wontons, and (3) roasted pork fried rice. I would have g... View all feedback.
What Erika Runolfsson doesn't like about Golden Pearl:
The man taking my order was completely unreasonable, he has given me by far the worst service I've ever received in a restaurant. I've never been talked down to and made to feel so stupid even for the simpliest question. There is absolutely no substitutes, even for an added cost. Asking to substitute low mein for chow mein seemed as if I was asking to marry his 11 year old daughter. All in all for the mediocre food,... View all feedback.
Very disappointed had one of the lunch specialties of cashew chicken. it turned out that almost a full container of drowned and carrots (they know the small square carrots that they get in the dose a few cashews, and some pretty scary huh. together with non-very fresh white rice this meal was flat-out terrible. never back.
Slc is the best Chinese take-out. for those who are looking for great, inexpensive Chinese food without the sticky buffet experience. the commands come as a huge escape with a side damped rice. some of the entrees are also very authentic and all can be adapted to their desires. my favourite dish is the moo goo gai panhu
Bland. I had never tried this restaurant and called to order. pretty polite on the phone, but apparently do not use gps during delivery, as they lost and called me to find out where I lived, then was about 20 minutes later when my food arrived. When I opened my lunch, I was really disappointed. I ordered lemon chicken and sweet and sour chicken. I received 2 crates of the exact same hens and side of the sose without other approaches. I expected the sweet and acidic huh to have fun, etc. in him. but no, has only two boxes of the same Bland chicken and sauces. I will not try this restaurant again.

All in all for the mediocre food, (ham fried rice is just that tiny pieces of ham, no veggies, no egg, no flavor) the service should be impeccable Ive never felt so compelled to go out of my way, to make a profile... Just to let others know what a disservice you'll be doing yourself to give them...read more
Great little place. Pretty good basic Chinese. Its not high end but it is good and has a great price point. Portions for meals are large and I'll order two dishes for my wife and I and two young kids and usually there are a little bit of leftovers.
