Einstein Bros. Bagels - Salt Lake City

The last two times I’ve came here this is how my bagel has looked. Pretty sad how lazy the workers have gotten.. makes me sad that they don’t care to even look at this and think “would I want to eat this?” No you wouldn’t. Spread the smear. It’s literally the easiest thing in the world. So annoyed.

They removed the seating for covid and haven't brought any seating back just a big empty room.

Avoid at all costs. Prices went up, quality of food and service plummeted.

I ordered a dozen bagels that automatically comes with two tubs of schmear. Bagels are delivered, no schmear. What the eff am I supposed to eat these bagels with? I called in and there was absolutely no way for them to deliver my schmear, no sincere apology, no discount offers, no trying to resolve any situation. Just straight bs customer service to go with their straight bs bagels. Boo!

I haven't been in for many years and decided to go get a Breakfast sandwich and coffee. My eyes popped out at the prices. It use to be such a nice place with the tables, we had a coffee group that met daily, big group, not just a few tables. Its a very bland experience now, food, atmosphere. People were good, product going downhill.
