Cool Bro's Pizza - Salt Lake City

As a New Yorker, I can say that this place offers some of the best pizza in the valley. The chicken bacon ranch pizza is particularly delicious. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired and doesn’t seem to be getting any better. We placed an online order because their website and Google indicated they were open, but we never received a confirmation. My husband attempted to call several times to confirm they got our order, but there was no answer. He eventually drove there, only to find the door locked with no signs indicating what was going on. It's puzzling why their site would accept online orders if they were closed. I really hope they can sort out their service issues because, as I mentioned, the pizza is quite good.

Let me share my experience! This morning, I decided to try Mod Pizza for the first time for myself and my girlfriend. Unfortunately, an hour later, when it arrived, I was very disappointed. Afterward, I fell asleep, and my dog accidentally knocked my food off the bed. To make matters worse, he wouldn't even eat it, and I ended up with ants crawling all over my floor. Later, I headed to work at 10:00 AM feeling super hungry. I checked online, and besides Domino's, the only place open was you guys. I tried to place an order online, but since I was at work, the website didn’t recognize my address. I decided to call instead, and the person who answered was incredibly friendly. They helped me resolve the issue and got my food to me really quickly. I had a great night at work, especially enjoying some delicious pizza and macaroni and cheese bites for the first time. The chicken bacon ranch pizza has become my new favorite! Plus, knowing you're open until 3:00 AM means I'll definitely be visiting again.

I ordered the Heart Attack and the Pepperoni Lovers pizzas, and they were some of the best I've ever had. The delivery guy was really friendly as well. Every time I visit Salt Lake, I will definitely be ordering pizza from here. Food: 5/5

Ordered delivery and every person I interacted with was so nice. Great customer service and pizza at a fair price. When you're hungry at 1am they do not disappoint.
