Overall i have had a great time here. I'm vegan and the sofritas rice bowl its awesome. Totally recommend it for anyone looking for a nice meal. Its pricy but i always get it with guac so that should be expected. Vegan friendly, good food and wonderful decor (its a repurposed movie theater). View all feedback.
What Luigi Dickens doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
The food at chipotle is average in my opinion. It is southwestern style but it is very generic. The burrito I had tasted good but was not amazing. The lines can be somewhat long. Their chips and salsa were good but again, not great. View all feedback.

As a strict vegan i had just started eating here after many people told me too. was unfortunately immediately disappointed. the 1st 2 times of going there and ordering a vegan sofritas burritos, i was not charged for avocado so i had no idea it was a whopping $2. after that i started getting charged for avocado and was like, i could go to whole foods and buy an entire organic avocado for $1.87 which is more than the tiny smear they gave me with my tiny teaspoon of rice. even after explaining that i was vegan and allergic to nightshades (that means no pepper and onions (fajita), no cheese, sour cream, either beans OR pico), I asked for a lil extra rice with my 2! other burrito ingredients but was denied. The guys in line after me ordered 3 dead animals (meats) in each of their burritos which were easily 3! times the size of mine if not 4!. (dont even get me started on the size difference of a bowl full of meat and what i order. literally. I said I am only having 3 things (rice, sofritas and guac) in that burrito ($10) and was still given a cold stone face of silence, with refusal to add a 2nd teaspoon of rice. i was hoping for this to be my new vegan place which would mean 4-5 times a week and my man even suggested that we go there today and i was like no way. for that amount of money i could make my own sofritas burrito and get more than a teaspoon of rice and a sour look. not to mention for the first few weeks of ordering there, we would call on the phone and order take out and then one day we called and were rudely told, we dont take phone take out orders, only online. seem like a lot changed overnight like charging for avocado or not charging, taking phone orders then not taking phone orders, once they even forgot the sofritas in my 2 burritos, yet still charged my then vegetarian burritos $4 for the guac. is anything ever the same there? oh and one time we were charged for chips and salsa and one time we were told it was complimentary so we were confused the next time that we were charged for it. just want a vegan burrito with 3 ingredients for the $10 same price as a carnivore that you easily give a 3-4 x's size burrito too for the same price! literally a huge overflowing burrito vs a tiny square of one for the same price. off to look for my new vegan place. disappointed.
