I always have a great time at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and polite. The food is generally delicious, although there have been times when it seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, but it appears they have taken steps to improve that. The restaurant is usually not too crowded, but even when it is, the service is fast and efficient. View all feedback.
What Deshaun Macejkovic doesn't like about China Village:
I ordered pot stickers, beef chow mein, and chicken lo mein. Unfortunately, I can only say no. The food tasted bland and seemed to be floating in a mysterious salty liquid. The pot stickers tasted like they had been frozen. Overall, I was not impressed with the food and would not recommend this restaurant. It was worse than a cafeteria at a primary school. The staff at this restaurant are exceptionally kind and generous. I haven't experienced customer service this good in a long time. The food was amazing with generous portions at a great price. I would give this place 5 stars.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant tonight. My dinner for two cost around $40, but what I received was a to-go box filled mostly with sauce and only three pieces of shrimp, along with bland fried rice. The soup was cold and extremely salty. I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. This restaurant used to be really good a year ago, but now it's just another mediocre Chinese food spot.
The restaurant's website does not accurately reflect their current prices. I ended up paying slightly more than the listed price for one item. The food is not prepared fresh, but is served buffet style, which results in a quick turnaround for orders. I probably won't return, but it's a decent choice for a fast takeout option.
These people were exceptional! The waiter was the nicest waiter I’ve had in my life. I’d eat there again. And I didn’t finish my serving it was so big. It was delicious!
The staff was friendly and the service was fast, but the lo mein at this restaurant was the worst I've ever had in Utah. This is saying something, considering the generally poor quality of Chinese food in the area. After just one bite, I had to throw it away. It was bland, tasteless, and didn't even look like it should.
