Burger King - Salt Lake City

Best Burger King for Freshness… Have been here twice in less than a month, both times I dined in. The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to always be busy, so I am super impressed when the fries are hot and the whoppers are fresh!!! Will be back again!!

Food is usually hot, but they have very long lines. I tried to use a coupon that was for this location (not expired) but the guy didn't know how to redeem it. It was busy so not worth the fight. I do like this place, but it does seem the management could make some improvements so that things flow more efficiently at the drive-thru, especially when they're busy.

Just went in Store 10484 and Jimmy helped us with our order. Jimmy was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and super friendly. He made our Burger King experience A . Jimmy is a great asset to this Burger King and I sincerely hope mgmt recognizes him as the great worker that he is. I left with a smile on my face and my food prepped perfectly. Thanks JIMMY!!!
