After undergoing renovations, this location is a significant improvement over the one in Magna. The restaurant is clean and the food is as fresh as can be for fast food. My kids had a great lunch here today. View all feedback.
What Immanuel Dickinson doesn't like about Burger King:
The new building needs the staffs service to match its nice remodel.. we ordered combos and the Big King special but the the cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing. We then received soda cups that were only 3/4 full, our Whoppers were the driest ever and our Big King sandwiches looked as if they were thrown together. I love Burger King but this shop needs some training. View all feedback.
I wanted to order the 2 for $6 deal that included either the Big King or the Quarter Pound King at this restaurant. I asked the cashier about the differences between the two options, but she didn't know. I requested that she ask someone else, but she just sat there and stared at me. After a few awkward minutes, I insisted that she find out and she eventually left and returned, glaring at me. I ended up looking up the information on the Burger King website myself. It turns out, it's similar to the debate between the Big Mac and the Quarter Pounder with Cheese.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was very poor and the manager was consistently rude to me and other patrons. Additionally, they were constantly making mistakes with orders. I will not be returning to this place.

So I go to this location because it is close to my house, and I do get that I'm not paying a lot for the breakfast sandwiches that we get, however when they don't put how long the sandwich has been sitting there, it tastes like it's been there for 30 minutes or longer at that point I'm paying too much. When I ask for fresh, I expect just that fresh. If I have to sit in the drive thru an extra five minutes even at the end of the day it was worth it. I don't want to be told it's fresh we only sell fresh! Then when I asked for sausage and the screen even says sausage, why do I not only get not fresh, but I get bacon! I have had numerous wrong orders here, my sandwich is messed up if I get the original chicken sandwich and I asked for cheese bacon and tomatoes, I just paid an additional $2 for those condiments, and the only is it not fresh squished and I don't have what I bought. Then when you attempt to call to complain so they can do better the next time, it rings and rings and rings and then goes to a fax machine. Then they asked two days later when somebody finally answer the phone, well do you have your receipt, hey I never got a receipt, and I threw the bag away obviously I am not going to let food set for two days while I wait for somebody to answer the phone. They need to step it up, there is way too much competition around to be getting everything wrong every time! If I ask for a Whopper with cheese no sauce no mayonnaise no ketchup, and I asked for a Whopper with cheese, please put sauce on one and not sauce on the other. Instead I get both with no sauce? Not fresh and squished! Maybe at this point I stopped calling the store and I will start calling corporate I know that I will not be returning anytime soon which is a shame because I really do like the options I have what Burger King!
I ordered a spicy chking, and they gave me a normal chicken with the spicy sauce. it was literally after I had ordered it wasn't even fresh. I have a good burger king.
