Aqua Terra Steak Sushi - Salt Lake City

The food was incredibly flavorful, and the presentation was excellent. I started with the bison tips, which I highly recommend. For my main course, I had the wild boar pappardelle, and it was delightful as well. We also enjoyed the cocktails, and the wine was served in nice glasses—something that isn't always common in restaurants. However, the prices were a bit on the high side compared to other places that offer similar quality dishes. While I likely won’t visit this restaurant frequently due to the slightly elevated prices, I do intend to come back occasionally. I’m looking forward to trying sushi next time. The restaurant was a bit too cold for my liking, which made it uncomfortable and contributed to my decision not to order sushi on a chilly winter day. Overall, I think it's a great option for a nicer night out without being overly fancy, and I would definitely feel comfortable bringing my kids here.

Steak was burnt, it was bitter. Staff was nice. Food was lacking in taste. Was disappointed of the steak unfortunately. Cheese bread was delicious.

The food was great, but the noise level was quite high. The bison bites appetizer was outstanding!

The food was fantastic. The bison tip appetizer was cooked just the way I asked, and my steak was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. However, the service from our waiter was somewhat lacking. I had to ask other staff members for more coffee and a steak knife, which I believe should have been provided at the table either beforehand or with the meal. It seems pretty standard to have a knife available when you order a steak. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great! The tuna roll was exceptional. Service was great as well.
