very complete with large swimming pools, a living room, water slides, large playground for children, large terrace bar restaurants, one outside, etc very well and complete. would improve with some room reform, but in general very good ratio quality price and great animation View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Restauracion Y Ocio Gesfran Sl.:
the animation of performances the same, the pools are phenomenal as the slides that should always be free for customers. the outdated rooms and the cleaning leaves something to be desired like some waiter (although most extraordinary). View all feedback.
We stayed here for one night and to be honest I wasn’t sure what to expect from last reviews. But I have to say that from the moment we arrived things were great !!! The reception was efficient and helpful. It was busy but you’d expect that because it was around the check in time. They have check in machines or online so do it before you arrive and it’s simple and quick. The loungers around the pool were all taken !! No surprise there. But the next morning I walked down to get a bed and there was still plenty !! Our room faced the pool and was spotless. And even though the entertainment was outside of our balcony. It ended at 11 pm so didn’t keep us awake. Breakfast was ok !! Lots of food to choose from. The pools are busy but the best thing is that people are courteous and especially on the water slides there’s no pushing and shoving. Everyone just having fun. So overall we had a lovely couple days
I am very satisfied with the accommodation in the hotel. The food was excellent, fresh and varied, the rooms clean, bright and tidy. The ladies who clean the rooms came every day and made the stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it to people with children, but also to everyone else.
Literally no internet in the whole hotel. Theoretically you should have access in the common areas, but is impossible to connect. In the rooms there is also no signal. The bread in the breakfast buffet is hard like a stone. Dinner has no variety and took us 4 days to figured out which food is eatable, as most of it has no flavor. There is no access to the internal pool unless you pay extra. The staff is realy nice.
First of all, check in was easy when you do it online. The all inclusive systems works. Rooms are outdated but other than that hotel is joy. Food in buffet was a bit lame, I wish the food would have been better. Great place tho will go back
When it comes to decision, it's simple: if you are on budget and want to spend a reasonable stay, go for Jaime I. If you want a bit more than the average, you need to pay for a better hotel. Usually, here, its more specific to families, so expect big noises. Positive points: Quality/Price Some staff were nice 3 Different restaurants Daily animation (team) Negative points: Room cleaning could be better Food and his temperature could be improved In the pool, sometimes is annoying big families put their towell in the resting chair and are not even there most of the day. In the room halls, some guests make absurd noises (event past 00:00h, and would be nice a paper warn asking guests for silence after a specific hour).
