They were placed directly behin... read more Just sat down with my parents, husband, sister and 2 children. All lovely, great service and tasty drinks. Enter a family of 15. They were placed directly behind us, so close the waiter lifted the back of my chair and tilted me forward to pass us to serve them. I announced I was there however was ignored. 30 minutes of being pushed, shoved and ignored before one of the teens decided to swing off the back of my seat. I politely requested in Spanish that he stop however I was laughed at. Staff didn't care. Ours drinks were spilled by being shoved in our seats. What a pleasure to pay to be thrown around and have the waiter shrug his shoulders. An absolute disgrace. I would not recommend. They would rather make money from a large group of people than maintain even a standard service to anyone else.

On asking polite if the... read more We ordered pizza and we saw that other tables, which came way later than us and also ordered way later, good their food earlier then us. On asking polite if they forgot our pizza they responded very rude. Off course when the pizza arrived the dough was not good cooked. All by all not so positive experience.

After finishing our food our 3 year old declared he needed the toilet while dancing around and holding himself. Clearly desperate. We asked to use the facilities and was asked to pay 2 euros. Not a problem. we paid, walked to the toilet only to realise we needed a key. When we returned to ask for the key, we were informed that it was 2 euro per person. We tried to explain that it was just for the child but the woman behind the counter just repeated 2 euro per person until eventually slamming 2 euros back on the counter only to say no problem, goodbye. By this point my 3 year old son had soiled himself and we were left to change him in the street outside the “restaurant”. My review; Don’t Bother!

I’m not one for typically writing reviews but we arrived at what seemed to be a lovely beach front restaurant which looked the part and we were standing at the entrance waiting to be seated for about 5/10 minutes with not one waiter approaching us to seat us although the restaurant was not busy at all, so we decided to seat ourselves, which proved to be difficult as many of the tables were dirty or had chairs missing from the tables. We didn’t see any waiters for about 10 minutes once we were seated as they all appeared to be talking to each other at the bar so my boyfriend went to go find a menu for food himself. When a waiter finally come over, we asked for drinks (1 beer and 1 corona) and two pizzas. 25 minutes had passed and there was still no sign of our drinks and within this time frame 4 other tables of people had left the restaurant due to not being served. The waiters had seen this also and didn’t seem to care one bit, it was almost as if they were happy that they would have less work!! I asked a different waiter what the hold up with the drinks was and he went to check. In the mean time, our pizzas arrived and still no drinks. The original waiter who took our drinks order came with our drinks 5 minutes after we got our pizzas and a second waiter came with the drinks after this also clearly no communication between them we took the second drinks because we didn’t know how long it would take them if we wanted another one anyway. Pizza was fine nothing special. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant and it’s such a pity because it has so much potential as it looks amazing but the waiters and staff were very bad.
