passage to the drive, just two cars in front of us, arrived at the terminal to take the order we ask for mins to run.... we finally take our order, I pay and still mins to have our two little triple cheese. small reminder to the management, in fast food there is fast in English. Probably a lack of strength. View all feedback.
Macdonald fled staff incompetent I strongly advise we waited 40 minutes for our order is it missing
We were received by incompetent, unpleasant staff. There was a lot of things missing in our order. 22:30 we refuse to sell an ice cream and we are asked to go to the drive, except we had no car so they refused to serve us. A shame.
Opinion posted live, Arrived at 9:30 pm we waited 30 minutes to get our order in the room....zero organisation...we had come to eat quickly (a bit the goal of a fast food!!! with 2 children in the early age. It's a shame! Obligated to put a round on the threeadvisor note otherwise it would have been a zero pointed!!!
Hold for half an hour to get his order, and another 1/4d’h on the parking lot because everything was not ready. The result of the races, eat cold, having lost almost an hour!!! Run!
Arrival at 22h30.. 1/2h waiting ...for 3 cars ahead ..! In front of the control window the guy closed the shutter without even a word. .the car in front of us was last lz... there were 6 cars behind... and not a word to warn. What respect for the customers! Perhaps it would be wise to close the entrance to the drive before... given the service time of an extreme slowness. So we waited 1/2 to get out of the bush without even having someone bothered to tell us that the car in front would be the last served.
