The service is nickel and a know-how that I've never seen elsewhere more a map with choices adapted to everyone. For me, this is the reference in Japanese restaurant/sushis in the lounge of Provence.

Very good dishes and some really original especially desserts. A service too slow in the room (when there are only 2 or 3 busy tables). Priority to uber customers???
First of all a very good welcome, pleasant and friendly from the staff. We absolutely enjoyed everything at the gustative level, from aperitif to dessert. Excellent sushi. A good address to be recommended.
