I had a very positive experience at this Subway. The service was good, and the food met my expectations for a Subway. I've visited multiple times and have consistently had the same enjoyable experience.
The service here is warm and attentive; they truly take an interest in your food preferences. You never feel like just another face in the crowd. While it can get a bit crowded at times, the wait is certainly worthwhile.
I had the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. The woman who claimed to be the manager clearly seemed to be under the influence of drugs, as several people in line behind my mom and me noticed too. She avoided taking our order, opting to serve the person behind us first. Then she pretended to be busy in the back but returned empty-handed, clearly trying to avoid making our food. In my opinion, she does not deserve the title of manager and shouldn't be coming to work in that condition. It was truly an unpleasant experience.
I ordered the Black Forest footlong, and the young gentleman who made my sandwich did an excellent job. It was spectacular! He seemed to be in training, so great job to him. Thumbs up for the service here! The restaurant is located on the main highway in Salmon and also has a taco joint connected to it.
