Description

Nestled on Salmon’s main street, this charming bakery-café is a must-visit for breakfast and coffee, famed for flaky croissants, exceptional bread, berry pastries and generous breakfast sandwiches. Vegetarian-friendly savory options and standout chai complement a welcoming staff and cozy atmosphere. Lunch offerings and to-go loaves suit travelers. Occasional misses—like an underwhelming coconut cream pie and inconsistent espresso extraction—temper an otherwise excellent bakehouse that keeps locals and road-trippers returning.

This restaurant came highly recommended, and the reviews were impressive, but our experience was mixed. The salmon and couscous empanada was outstanding, and the bread was excellent as well. The berry pastry tart was just okay, while the cookies were underwhelming. Unfortunately, the coconut cream pie was terrible; it seemed to be made with poor-quality cream or possibly spoiled ingredients.

The bread is fantastic, and the coffee is amazing. This place is a must-visit for breakfast and coffee. I've heard that lunch is excellent as well. I couldn't resist buying a few loaves of bread to take home!

Wow, this place is the best bakery I've ever been to! The croissants are incredibly delicious! I also tried the Blueberry Danish, and it was fantastic! I will definitely be stopping by again!

Great options friendly staff -only wish they stayed open later than 5pm. Would be cool if they occasionally had like open mic night or something like that at least during busy summer season (nice alternative to the bar nightlife for those who don't drink or don't want to be around rowdy drinkers).

Went there 9:30 a.m. on Thursday morning. Small line (3 folks) . Selection was excellent, warm bread. Hot cinnamon rolls. Friendly and efficient service. Great latte. Which I lived here! Would love to return
