I really enjoyed the food at this awesome food truck. The portion size was very good for the price and I would recommend this place to everyone.

I spent a week in Salmon Arm and was amazed at the quality and variety of local ethnic fare. I got take out from The Hungry Panda on the advice of some local s. Needless to say I was not disappointed; in fact I was amazed at the authentic Red Coconut Curry with chicken and jasmine rice. As good as any I've had in Vancouver or anywhere else. Give them a try!

We had heard good things about this cafe and decided to try it out for lunch. My friend and I shared a Chicken Pad Thai. It was lots of food. Enough that we brought home leftovers. I thought the overall flavour was fine but my friend thought they used too much fish sauce. One thing we did agree on: our food was painfully dry.I may go back for a soup but never again for the thai food. The decor was rough, it is an old tired cafeteria. The kitchen area looked clean and current which was nice. The service was fine. It was easy to find and based on what I have heard others say, I will probably return. I will, however, not be ordering any thai food.

While this little gem has been operating out of the curling rink, they are on the move to a location downtown, where I'm sure they will be appreciated a lot more, as more people are exposed to their tasty dishes.Prices are mid-range, food is delicious. At the time of this review I can't say if there will be wait staff at the new location, or if alcohol will be served, but I do know making a trip downtown to find out will be worthwhile.
