We had the opportunity to stop in for lunch. Absolutely wonderful. Terri the events coordinator was an pleasure to talk with. Executive Chef Adam came out to speak with us personally. I have dietary issues (lactose) and he made sure my meal was perfectly healthy for me. I had Ahi Tuna Salad. It was delicious, perfectly prepared, visually stunning with a great flavour profile.
