We had to tell her 4 times what we needed so we had to get a little loud for her to understand. She got an attitude with us.I have worked in customer service 15 years, you do not get anattitude with your customers. That is poor customer service.

I spe... read more I go to Arby 's because I LOVE the Arby 's sauce. It 's the main reason I have always gone to Arby 's. If you want sauce don 't go through the drive thru. I specifically ask for a certain amount of sauce because if you just say I want sauce they give youmaybe 2 packets. I asked for a certain amount. Always am given less. Why so stingy with the sauce?? I 'll even pay extra. We getgyped every time. : I don 't want just 2 packets of sauce for my 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. I want 10. I ask for 10. Iget 6 or 7. I love the sauce. Stop being stingy. ????
