Gold Medal Restaurant - Salisbury

Not sure when all the negative reviewers ate here,but each and every time,my meal has been delicious..tonight's especially was over the top which is the reason for my feedback..love good medal

I really enjoy Chinese food, but I have some feedback about this restaurant. The rice, egg rolls, and chicken balls were all good. However, I was a bit disappointed with the chow mein. I prefer it hot with plenty of fresh, crunchy vegetables and chicken, not just soggy bean sprouts. The last two times I ordered it, I wasn't impressed. It could be because I ordered late in the day, but I would appreciate it if they took the time to make it better. Overall, the service and decor were fine with me.

Ordered takeout for my husband and I and it was delicious.Egg roll was very tasty along with rice, sweet and sour chicken plus chicken chow main. I was very surprised how good the dinner was and look forward to returning.

We stopped on a Saturday afternoon and my sisters and I shared the Dinner for 3. The Chow Mein was freshly made, the ribs were delicious. Definitely will be back soon to get the Special Rice!!

I ordered the #9 from the Toronto Menu. The chicken balls were filled with real chicken, the moo goo gai pan was packed with fresh vegetables, and the garlic ribs were delicious with minimal gristle and plenty of meat. The fried rice was better than average and the portions were generous.
