The owner/koch/customer service from this a heart-removed man is about amazing, amazing eating and amazing service and amazing entertainment! we will definitely be back!

Very disappointed that I drove all the way there discovered it was closed (Close sign on the door). I waited till around 12.10pm, i decided to ring up while waiting. No one answered my phone. I then rang the one in Gawler, the guy told me the staff were still on their way. I stood in the cold, and i had no idea how long it would be exactly for them to show up and open the door. On top of that, cooking would take time too... i just gave up waiting on and on. Not impressed, wont be back. It ruined my excitenent and my expectation from all the poz reviews i saw.

Genuinely good japanese, really surprised considering the location. Would be worthy of a place in the city for sure. Cant believe i gotta go back to salisbury east for good japanese food.

First time here. Great little restaurant, staff was friendly. Ordered takoyaki, aburi salmon, kimchi pork and teriyaki chicken bentos. Everything made fresh and delicious. Just the pork was a bit dry coz the meat was too lean. Definitely coming back soon.

Benki Donki is an great wee place, a hidden jem. As I was just wanting a wee meal for one I had it as a take away. My were bigger than my belly. I got the Taloyaki, Chicken Gyoza and Chicken Karaage. Everything was 10/10 fresh and tasty. I think I'll be planning to work my way threw their menu.Also the service is 5 star. Very professional and polite.The pricing is very good and very affordable.
