Chips and worst gravy ever! chips were not extra salted as desired and the gravy was thick and clobig! so disappointing! will not be back as it was a waste of money!

We had burgers and steak from this shop and it was very delicious!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience with the incredibly friendly and cheerful woman who served me. It was my first time visiting this place, and I’m often a bit hesitant to try new chip shops, but she truly made my visit delightful and made the chips taste amazing!

I would truly give this place zero stars if I could. While delivering for Uber Eats, I encountered an elderly woman who was rude and inconsiderate. She forgot several items from my delivery order and then unfairly gave me a bad review, as if the missing items from the sealed bag were my fault.

The owner or manager eventually came over to assist. They offered a refund, but the older counter employee told the manager to leave it to her. She claimed I came in with a bad attitude just because I wanted the large chips I ordered. After waiting again and paying the difference for my order, I was appalled by the discriminatory service from both the older and younger staff members. I even had to retrieve my order from complex security at a nearby location. I will not be returning after such a terrible first experience; the customer service was disrespectful and awful to community members who come in for chips and gravy. The older lady even asked for my personal and business information, which felt irrelevant for just a simple refund on chips and gravy. There was also another gentleman customer present at the time, but the service was still lacking. Overall, a very disappointing experience—minus 10 stars!
