We eat here all the time. Love the food and the staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I love the fettuccine cabanara and gnocchi . We often get a pizza to take home. I highly recommend it . View all feedback.
What David N doesn't like about Salvatore's Slice of Italy:
We have used this place about 6 or 7 times now. Every time the delivery has been late. Currently 25min late still waiting. Last time was 50min late. Not sure why we bother. Time to try a different place in Mawson Lakes View all feedback.
I have visited this establishment every Thursday after my weekly squash session nearby. My first experience here was absolutely wonderful. I was struggling with the menu as there were plenty of pizzas to choose from. Thankfully, the Asian guy behind the counter helped me a lot and told me to customise the pizza with my own choice of toppings. The pizza made was perfect as it was cooked properly and all ready in 10 minutes. After a couple of Thursdays, I think I have became a regular as even the English lady making the pizza knew my order by heart. Last week my squash session was cancelled so I decided to fulfil my pizza craving on a Monday instead. I was in utter shock by the service I got by a tall elderly man who I believe is the owner of the place. He took my customised pizza order impatiently and rudely. Last week my squash session was cancelled so I decided to fulfil my pizza craving on a Monday instead. I was in utter shock by the service I got by a tall elderly man who I believe is the owner of the place. He took my customised pizza order impatiently and rudely. When I turned my back to take a seat while I wait for my order, I caught him waving his hands showing me a rude gesture but I decided to let it slip as I might have been mistaken. However, I definitely was not mistaken as a few minutes later, one of his "buddies" must have came in and he gave him a bottle of beer and both of them were talking rather loudly and that was when I heard him telling his "buddy" about how complicated my order was and used some racial words. All my life I have never seen such unprofessionalism at a work place and mind you I have seen plenty before. Its a pity that the place is let down by such people. I usually do not single out any staff in particular but in this case I felt I had to as I do not condone racist behaviour.
$20 for 10 tiny, fishy, over-seasoned rings on an half empty bed of soggy, over-seasoned chips. Still hungry and confused. Delivery guy was pretty hot though.
Within an hour partner and I throwing up, she had seafood and I had meatlovers both tasted strange..
The taste of pasta is awesome, the italian chef & owner keeps it real simple but outstanding. I have watched them making fetuccini there once when I was waiting for takeaway. The pizzas are real good too the taste of the base, the crust, topping and then amounts were generously spread on top of the pizzas. I do really recommend this place.
