The staff are young and have much to learn, but the food is dreadful, oily and greasy. Either...overcooked or undercooked slightly.

I hate giving these negative type reviews but it needs to be know...that my last several visits have resulted in poorly cooked and mistake orders twice having undercooked chicken, a big no no. I have also on several occassions been given an order not even similar to what I asked for . One hopes that this is poor training and unfamiliar staff but it is off putting to say the least

The car park is always full during the day and it appears most of the vehicles are customers or employees of Benson Radiology which is situated opposite. There appears to a shortage of staff or trainees which cause a line...up at the counter. The combo is what I normally order and this is on a par with other KFC outlets. The combo is sufficient size meal when it is upsized or go large. I rate it as a quick and easy meal.
