Zero Stars....My order was incorrect. The owner proceeds to tell me it was my fault and not his that the order was wrong. Im pretty sure correcting my order and not yelling at me that its my fault would have been just a bit better of response. Very rude experience. Definitely not coming back. Go to Manna. I ordered 3 sushi rolls from here but later asked for a refund because they gave me 2 rolls and just a piece of eel. The person making the sushi who I think is also the owner proceeds to tell me it was my fault and not his that the order was wrong. Very weird and rude experience. Definitely not coming back and as well as the people who were with me
Going to be honest. It shouldn't take 30+ minuets to make a 20 piece meal. Normally this location is pretty good with time management but after the rush from nearly an hour prior... we were given an intense attitude and told we needed to tell them it was a rush... after we had waited for thirty minuets already... ridiculous. Food quality is still good... but think we will pass on the next oppertunity.
Very bad experience, he gave me the wrong food. It was 64$ online order. Order was messed up.Worst customer service, he dont even know how to talk with his his customers.Not recommended at all.Deserve 0 stars
Got delivery (through Grubhub) and my 3 itmes were missing. And driver had to wait 43 mnts there. It was just rude. I wouldn't give a single star based on that food and customer service but the food (got it twice) isn't worth upping the stars. Will not order again. Not Recommended.
