We decided to give this restaurant a try based on a local's recommendation. The barbecue was tasty, although they were out of salad options during our visit, which was a letdown. However, they do offer a decent selection of desserts. The prices were reasonable, and the service was attentive. The bathroom was clean, and it features local cuisine with gluten-free options beyond just salads. View all feedback.
Best barbecue in Salisbury. And some of the best in the whole state. Perfectly smoked with hickory and the sauce is eastern style (not Lexington style) and damn tasty. Plus they have the most delicious hushpuppies you'll ever eat.
Came back on 2/26/22. Very noisy and not from the patrons, but from brunette server shouting across the restaurant at her friends. Love the music, but not the same server singing along with the music louder than she should and dancing around the bar and the kitchen area. Glad there wasn't a pole. Visited 2/19/22. Great food. Prices are a good value at Richards, even with inflation going on everywhere else. Great burgers and BBQ. Just wish they were open past 3:00 pm.
This has been a family favorite for decades. Sad to see it closing soon.
Great breakfast. Friendly service. Shop local when you can.
I enjoyed my meal, I had a hamburger w/grilled onions French fries. I didn't care much for the sweet tea, but the food was very good and the older lady who took my order was the sweetest.
