Pat's Pizza Pasta - Salisbury

Grilled salad wasn't even a grilled salad! Threw it in the back of my fridge! Planned on taking it back but just threw it out????????the cheese fries weren't so great either

The worst service I had ever had to pick up. To be honest I want to say the lady is a mgn. I was explaining to the lady how I don?t get paid if I don?t confirm: she told me if I don?t like the policy I don?t need to come there. The crazy part i was already walking away so why u still yelling things to me. I?m going to take it as she is racist n don?t want me to come there. One thing she is right I don?t have to come there n trust me I won?t ever. I have been doing this work for almost a year. This is the first time I have had such disgusting service. I ask for the cooperate number I know she gave me the wrong info but google will give you the info. Someone needs to know how they treat you there . I was at the Salisbury branch around one o?clock on 7/17/2022. I believe she said her name is Kate but I?m sure that was a lie as well.

The last time we had Pat?s deliver dinner, our order was incorrect. The person who took our order took it correctly, but it was made wrong. We called bc we now had food that my son couldn?t eat. We expected an offer to correct it or a refund for that item. Which technically we got, but we would have to wait another hour for the item to be delivered again, or to get a refund, they would have to send the driver back to pick up the incorrect item?which is ridiculous bc they were telling us how busy they were at the time. The manager made us feel like we were trying to scam them or something. To waste a drivers time fuel (when very busy) to pick up the incorrect item to make sure we don?t eat it and also get a refund is very tacky and left us not really wanting to order Pat?s again in the future. They did give us a credit to order the exact item they messed up, which honestly, not sure I want take advantage of now bc of the way the manager made us feel like the bad guys for there mistake.

Just ordered food tonite and got delivery which I paid 3$ delivery fee.. Order was wrong so I called to tell them and the response was bring your food up here and we will make you another order... asked if they were going to pay me 3$ to bring it back to them since I paid for that service and was told no... so I threw my food away after spending 60$.. order from here once a week but not anymore

The workers in this store are completely RUDE!!!! Instead of listening to the customer they go back and forth and try to argue about what’s what. At the end if the day it doesn’t matter because if i order my food a certain way and i spend my money on it that’s what i expect to get !!!! Girl with the glasses is so rude I’ll never spend my money there again. Nor accept a door dash I’m just trying to dash and the lady refused to make the order when i was showing her on my end i had an order. It’s really poor customer service . The lady with the glasses was completely rude to me and my friends when another worker asked did i want to dine in or take it to go. She interrupted stating we couldn’t eat our food there because they were about to close which was fine . I then told her i had googled what time they closed and on my phone it said 10:30 it was only 9:20. Either way the way she said we couldn’t eat there was rude. But when a Caucasian man wanted to order a piece of cake after 9:30 and eat it there she had no isssue serving him!! It’s okay because i will no longer be giving them my business and i wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.
