I visit Panera a lot when I’m on the road for business. This is the fastest I have received my food in an order from the Kiosk . Amazing staff and kitchen. Great job guys.Vegetarian options: The green goddess and the warm Mediterranean’s bowls are delicious. View all feedback.
What MJP doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Coffee good and hot. Ordered a bear claw, pecan braid and cinnamon roll. Disappointed the cinnamon roll was not warmed up, too sweet and dense. Thrown in a bag although I requested dine in. View all feedback.
Food was great, my mom loved her chicken sandwich and I thought my grilled cheese was just fine. The only sticking point was picking up at the drive thru, it was crazy slow. Next time I order online I'm gonna try the pick up door.

The coffee here dark roast and hazelnut) was so bland and watered down the last 2 weekends that we were here. We’ve been to many Panera locations and have never tasted coffee that was so tasteless and bland. Please do something about it. Thank you!
The food was great. It usually is. But they didn't get 5 stars for two reasons. The station where you place a self-service order takes 2 to 3 times as long as just getting a trained, knowledgeable employee to do it. The interface isn't super easy. So we ended up going to a friendly associat to place our order. We didn't realize that they usually ask (on a pick 2) if you want chips or an apple or bread k something to that effect) but didn't until I picked up the meal. The staff happily replaced the bread with the chips and we were on our way. Would have been 5 stars except for the two incidents.
I have stewed over this review for the past 24 hours, and I 've finally decided to rate it in the following manner. By virtue of the 24hr period, it means it 's weighed on me. I 'm not the typical Karen , finding fault with everything...I placed a pickup order about 25 minutes early as I was traveling from one area to another. Anticipating my arrival, I placed the order and drove to this Panera in Salisbury. On my arrival, through the front door, I saw no online pick-up area denoted, so I headed to the normal pickup counter. I waited for about 15 minutes before there were no more customers, and I was the only person left standing there.A middle-aged woman in a salmon colored top asked me what my order was, and I explained I had placed an online order for a ciabbatta and egg sandwich. Before I could continue, a younger woman standing behind her glared at me, pointed angrily across the store, and said, IT 'S AT RAPID PICK-UP!. I sheepishly walked across the store, found the shield with my bag, and headed out. When I got to my destination, I began work and eventually opened the bag. My sandwich was in there, but... My order referred to an aioli sauce and spinach, yet mine did not have either.I spent the day mildly bothered by this, the attitude of the second woman who helped me AND the incorrect order.Finishing my work day, I headed back to the store to see if I couldn 't at least bring to the attention of management the attitude of the woman who had berated me for my lack of knowledge. As the store was much busier in the afternoon than it was in the morning, I was made to park at the side of the building . That 's where I noticed a large door specifically FOR Rapid Pickup. That door is not visible from the front of the store, nor is there signage indicating it exists . While waiting to speak to a manager, I noticed the shelf that my bag had been sitting on had a sign denoting Rapid Pickup, but it faced the side door and not the lobby.I was introduced to a young man named Darius, who was apparently the afternoon manager. I explained the scenario, and after a few minutes, he offered me a free meal in reparations for the behavior of his employee. At first I thought that was a nice gesture, but I realized by his facial expression that he was just trying to get me to leave and wanted to stop the unpleasantness of being told his staff was impolite. I declined the offer and merely stated that I had hoped someone would address the behavior of the lady I met so unpleasantly early in the morning. He seemed quite uncomfortable with that option as I left. This morning, I went elsewhere for my breakfast; I will continue to go to Panera, just NOT this one.
