Ordered the beef taco and enchilada . Meat was a weird texture and didn’t taste great . Ordered a water and it tasted weird as well , like watered down soda or something. I eat here often and the food service have always been great, except this time. I 've ordered the chiles poblanos several times and they 're normally covered in a spicy tomato type sauce. This time it was a sweet marinara sauce like you would find in Italian food. Definitely a weird combination and didn 't taste right at all. I understand that mistakes happen, but the waiter was argumentative and nasty. Instead of offering to make things right, he rudely let me know that no one else had complained, they don 't even have marinara sauce in the kitchen, and that this is the same sauce they 've always used and that 's how it 's supposed to taste . I spoke with the manager and she just had a blank look and shrugged her shoulders. This used to be one of my favorite places, but will be taking a break from Pancho Villas for awhile.
