Mcdonald's - Salisbury

After receiving our food, I waited an additional 15 minutes for my coffee, only to have to remind them before they brought it out. When it finally arrived, it was just sitting behind the counter with melted ice. It was clear there was virtually no coffee in that cup—just caramel-flavored milk and creamer, mostly melted from being left forgotten. Astoundingly, they ended up making two of these concoctions! I got two large cups filled with nothing but creamer, milk, and sweeteners. I couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of it all, but really, I just wanted a cup of coffee!

I want to give a big shoutout to Stephen! He is genuinely a kind and hard-working person who takes great pride in his store and his community. I was about an hour away from home and stopped by two other McDonald's before finding this one. I'm so glad my family and I ended up here, and we might even come back on our way home!

There was a long line at the drive-thru, but the cheeseburger was really good—just the way I like it, without ketchup or pickles. However, when I paid with a $10.01 bill for my order of $3.51, the cashier only gave me change, not the bills I was owed. When I pointed this out, he seemed surprised. It’s important to keep an eye on your change because he could have easily shortchanged me if I hadn't checked.

The exterior looks the same, but the interior has been beautifully remodeled! It's so bright and inviting. Everyone seems to be using the drive-thru at the moment. I really like the seating area with stools. They have a designated pickup area for DoorDash drivers, and I noticed an enclosed project room. Plus, there’s a third drive-thru window at the front, which is a nice addition!

Please avoid this location. I ordered my food for pickup, and when I got home, my burger was pink and raw. I called the store, but it took several tries before someone answered. I explained the issue with my order and requested a receipt, but I was not given one. The person seemed indifferent and said there was nothing he could do without the receipt. I also mentioned that the undercooked food could make someone sick, but he didn’t seem to care. As someone who works in the food industry, I know that serving raw beef to customers would get me into serious trouble.
