Goin' Nuts Cafe - Salisbury

Phone order. Was waiting for pick up. Was notified that they were having problems with card scanner, it would be a few minutes. Woman approached waving my card debit , and stated it wasn't any good. She was very obstinate, and righteous. Didn't try to work anything out to finalize transaction. This was my girlfriend's birthday dinner that she had chosen. Forced to go across street, and ordered a pizza. Used my debit card . THANKS FOR LOUSY....! Never again.

Going to miss this great place. Food and service are wonderful.m

Nothing going on. They were out of just about everything.

The restaurant is a little dated, but the service was excellent and the food was good. My husband had the prime rib sandwich and I had the chicken salad sandwich on rye toast. The restaurant has an assortment of homemade desserts from the local bakery Desserts by Rita. We shared a slice of cheesecake which was light and creamy.

Came on a Saturday at 5:30 just for prime rib and the lady up front said she had a couple of party's and were out of some stuff. Guess what they were out of PRIME RIB. Wow what a let down been coming here almost 30 years. Obviously someone didn't plan ahead on ordering prime rib. Will not return!! UPDATE !! came the week after and guess what no prime rib due to a small party.Goin nuts needs to just close the doors for good because obviously this place either can't afford to order enough prime rib or someone is not smart to order more beings that they are always out of it. Figured I'd give you guys another chance and surprise another let down. Promise I won't be back. I'll just go to Texas road house where they always have prime rib.
