Dunkin' - Salisbury

I really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts; both the food and coffee are consistently good. However, this particular location has some shortcomings in terms of service. It's often disorganized, and even simple orders take longer than expected. I’ve tried using their mobile app, but it takes even longer than if I had just ordered in person. The staff is friendly, but it seems like they struggle to work efficiently together. I hope they can improve, as I want this location to succeed.

Open up. excellent customer swtsc! they had my coffee just as I like it. the sandwich was almost perfect, but still hot 'all through.'

It took a bit of time for our drinks to arrive, but they were enjoyable. Would I return? Yes!

No matter when I go, they're out of something or a machine is broken! I ordered a hot mocha latte. Instead, I got a small, cold, laughing. when I started ten times this month, they were all 10 times out of something.

They are always out of everything. One time they couldn?t make any food. Another time they couldn?t make any espresso drinks. Another time they could make food but were out of everything. Always out of flavors, ingredients, or machines are broken. When the stars align and they finally have the products that they advertise, they never make the drinks correctly. At this point this place is just coffee roulette. Technically, you?ll get a drink but it?s not going to be what you ordered.
