We went for the first time tonight and I was exactly what I hoped for. I had the duck and it was very comparable to restaraunts of similar class. I am very glad Salisbury finally has a classy place to eat. Prices are as expected for high quality and not over priced. We have long awaited such a place. Service was outstanding and we will be frequenting for sure!! Thank you! View all feedback.
What Keli B doesn't like about Carpe Vinum 121:
I thought this place was going to blow me away.. since all the reviews did. I came in on a Tuesday Night for my Anniversary dinner. The service wasn't that good.. I waited forever before someone came to even greet us let alone ask what we wanted to eat. The food was good I will say.. and came out fast. I was expecting more.. I may try on a busier night and see how that goes. View all feedback.
I've always had a fantastic experience at Carpe Vinum 121! You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The service is consistently excellent.
Very nice place and have a variety of different cocktail drinks and other alcoholic beverages. Very good food we will be going back. Cheesecake was amazing!!

I have been here many times and each time has been exceptional. While dining here is definitely more costly than the other establishments in the area, it is well worth it. The staff remembered me and make the dinner even more pleasant.I suggest making reservations at least a week in advance, or more for peak dining times or larger parties. There is a full bar and wine list. The servers are very knowledgeable when suggesting which wine pairs best with your preferred entree. My favorite meal here has been sharing the house salad and side of garlic green beans as they are both large enough for two. For my entree I love the sea bass. The chef rotates specials and I would suggest trying them. I’ve never been let down. They sometimes have the most velvety crème brûlée I’ve found on the East Coast (NY City included). They do have a few courtyard tables for alfresco dining in nice weather, but the atmosphere inside is romantic and welcoming for all seasons. If you haven’t been to this downtown gem, what are you waiting for?
Mackenzie was the best waitress and this was the best old fashioned I’ve ever had. Beautiful atmosphere as well.
