When Abigail approached the counter, she didn't acknowl... read more I was told by someone who seemed to be her assistant that only Abigail could take cake orders in person. When Abigail approached the counter, she didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Instead, she asked her assistant, "What is it?" When her assistant informed her that I was there to place a cake order, Abigail simply said, "Oh yeah, email," without ever making eye contact or greeting me. She then turned away without providing any information about how or when I could discuss my order with her. I find it appalling for any business owner, especially a small business owner, to treat a customer in such a dismissive manner. I left her bakery feeling very upset, and I can assure you that I will never return to Abigail's Bakery again.

We t... read more We visited for the first time yesterday, and the experience was wonderful. The shop is stunning, very elegant, and welcoming. The cupcakes were incredible! We tried the orange velvet with cream cheese frosting, the coconut with cream cheese and toasted coconut, and a fantastic gluten-free chocolate chip cookie! We'll definitely be coming back!

We received numerous compliments on the flavors. She was always quick to respond to emails, and the cake was ready right on schedule. I highly recommend her!

I'm quite particular about cupcakes, and these were absolutely amazing! The frosting is out of this world. The peanut butter flavor was reminiscent of peanut butter fudge. I can't wait to keep coming back to try every flavor!
