Vous y trouverez des produits... read more Si vous êtes à Hyères, je vous recommande d'aller manger une très bonne bouillabaisse au restaurant le POTHUAU à Salins les Bains. Vous y trouverez des produits frais, de qualité et cuisiné sur place. Nous y sommes allé un lundi soir où il y avait très peu de monde, nous avons été très bien reçu , et le chef a pris le temps de nous expliquer comment était cuisiné la bouillabaisse (que nous ne connaissions pas). Tout le personnel est très agréable. D'ailleurs nous y sommes retourné le lendemain où l'accueil a été toujours aussi sympathique et le plateau de fruits de mer un délice.

The octopus legs were great, but the others were lacking. Bread a little stale, and not everyone was offered the tapenade.If you don't mind paying over the top for the location, then this would be for you.The service was ok, nothing special, and the food was on the expensive side for what was on offer.The good point was this was next to a local beach, and not the hoards of tourists that you usually find.Worth a visit, but take plenty of euros with you.
