I don't remember a slower coffee... read more I like the products at Fazer's cafes, especially the coffee. However, the service here was the slowest I have ever experienced. I don't remember a slower coffee making process. Additionally, I had to go and pick up my order from the counter after waiting for 10 minutes, even though there were employees and only a few customers. I will not be returning to this Fazer café. The sandwich, coffee, and juice were okay, but the slowness and lack of customer service ruined the experience.
