Yesterday, I ordered papers when I got myself a nog that I can pick up today. Each time my contacts have been answered quickly, and after picking up my orders, I have received good customer service. :

There were roses in the cake and I was told there were no pioneers. This would have been achieved with a single call to the customer and could have been arranged for another blossom. The refn gave a small discount.
