Extremely good food of excellent quality, as were the wines. Excellent service. First time we have been but it won't be the last. The starters were very good, the beef delicious, but the veal was a disappointment. Desserts were fine. The portions were very generous.

We went for dinner on Sept 5th, because the restaurant had a Cuban evening with a live band. when we reserved, we were told, that we would probably eat inside,... read more We went for dinner on Sept 5th, because the restaurant had a Cuban evening with a live band. when we reserved, we were told, that we would probably eat inside, as the weather had turned a bit cold, so we dressed for inside. To our surprise, we were sat outside, in 15 degrees and wind!! Lukily we live closeby, so we could go home for jackets, scarfs etc. we ordered our menus and waited a long time to be served, by the only waitress in sight for about 10 tables) our friends joined us a half hour into our meal, ordered and waited over an hour for their meal.................no excuse from the waitress, just: it's not my fault, but the kitchen's! it could have been a really good evening, as the music was fantastic and the food was good, but is was marred by slow service from the kitchen. better luck next time.
